empowering disability communities through inclusive, sex-positive education.
Welcome to My Friend in Sex Ed
At My Friend in Sex Ed, weāre passionate about creating a sex-positive, inclusive space where people with disabilities are empowered to navigate their relationships, self-esteem, self-advocacy, and sexuality.
Iām Niamh Mannion, a Developmental Educator and Sexologist, dedicated to championing disability and sexuality rights. I believe everyone deserves access to comprehensive education about healthy relationships, sexuality, and identity.
I also work closely with families, caregivers, and disability professionals, giving them the tools and knowledge to create more inclusive, supportive environments.
Whether youāre seeking personalised support or professional development in sexuality and disability, Iām here to help.
